FogLatch is a DBA (“doing business as” trade name) of Bragden LLC.These terms are an agreement between you and Bragden LLC, operating as FogLatch (“FogLatch,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
Accepting these terms
By using foglatch.com (the “site”) or joining our email list, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Our apps will have their own terms when they’re released.
Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it. Please don’t misuse it, including:
- disrupting or overloading the site,
- trying to access systems or data you aren’t authorized to access, or
- signing up other people’s email addresses without their permission.
Our email list
When you join the “Get notified” list, you agree to receive emails from us about our apps. You can unsubscribe at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your email address.
Concepts and future products
App names, screenshots and features shown on the site are early concepts. They may change or never be released. Nothing on the site is a promise of a particular product, feature, price or release date.
Intellectual property
The site and its content — including text, designs, graphics, the FogLatch name and the FogLatch logo — are owned by Bragden LLC and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, modify or reuse them without our written permission, except as the law allows.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Bragden LLC won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and change the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
