FogLatch is a DBA (“doing business as” trade name) of Bragden LLC.In this policy, “FogLatch,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean Bragden LLC, operating as FogLatch.
What this policy covers
This policy explains what information we collect through foglatch.com (the “site”) and how we use it. Our apps aren’t released yet. Each app will come with its own privacy details when it launches.
Information we collect
- Your email address, if you join our “Get notified” list.
- Emails you send us, if you contact us at hello@foglatch.com.
- Basic technical data, such as IP address, approximate country, browser type and pages requested. Our hosting provider processes this automatically to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We don’t use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, and we don’t collect payment information on this site.
How we use it
- To email you when our apps are ready to try, and occasionally about major FogLatch launches.
- To reply when you contact us.
- To keep the site running, secure and free of abuse.
We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it with advertisers.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. When you sign up, your email address is delivered to our inbox using Cloudflare Email Routing. These providers process data only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Technical logs are kept only briefly, as our hosting provider requires.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by replying and asking.
- Access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@foglatch.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. We’ll honor those requests as the law requires.
Children
The site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here and change the effective date above. If a change significantly affects how we use your email, we’ll let subscribers know.
